Application of Kinect-based dynamic posture recognition method in medical rehabilitation

Abstract: In the field of three-dimensional virtual experiment, human pose recognition is one of the key technologies. Applying this technology to modern medical treatment can provide certain assistance and promotion for medical rehabilitation. In this study, the Kinect human bone tracking technology is combined with medical rehabilitation. Based on the extensive collection of standard medical rehabilitation actions, a set of standard medical rehabilitation action database is constructed as the basis for comparison with the data collected by sensors. In order to improve the stability of joint angle measurement and the accuracy of pose recognition, a method of pose determination based on the Euclidean distance and angle between joint points is proposed. The results show that through the application of this technology, the recognition rate of posture is high, and the feedback can be given in time for the rehabilitation training of the trainer, which makes the movement evaluation and guidance for the trainer more convenient and efficient, and is conducive to the development of medical science and technology, with the promotion value.

Kinect一經(jīng)提出就取得了廣泛認(rèn)可,國(guó)內(nèi)外爭(zhēng)相展開相關(guān)研究,,也取得了較為豐富的成果,。其中,SCHWARZ L A[1]等借助Kinect技術(shù)來(lái)獲取人體骨骼模型的深度圖像,,從而對(duì)人體各部位的距離進(jìn)行測(cè)定,;我國(guó)研究者Zheng Xiao[2]等利用Kinect的深度傳感器來(lái)識(shí)別人體在三維空間中的動(dòng)作情況;HU R Z L[3]等則把Kinect安裝在學(xué)步車上,,以此來(lái)獲取腿部的動(dòng)作,,用于后續(xù)的分析。
