UPS電源對(duì)保護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)和機(jī)器設(shè)備不受損害有很重要的作用,。因此,,正確使用和維護(hù)UPS,就顯得相當(dāng)重要,。其實(shí),,合理地維護(hù)和使用UPS,是需要貫穿UPS的整個(gè)生命周期的,。為保證其正常運(yùn)行和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,,在使用與維護(hù)中應(yīng)注意以下幾方面:
1.合理選擇安裝位置
一個(gè)好的安裝位置非常重要,放置UPS的地方必須具備良好的通風(fēng)效果,,要遠(yuǎn)離水,、可燃性氣體和腐蝕劑,,環(huán)境溫度保持在0~40℃之間,若是在低溫下拆裝使用,,可能會(huì)有水滴凝結(jié)現(xiàn)象,。環(huán)境溫度一旦超過25度,每升高10度,,電池的壽命就要縮短一半,。目前UPS所用的蓄電池一般都是免維護(hù)的密封鉛酸電池,設(shè)計(jì)壽命普遍是5年,。
UPS電源不宜側(cè)放,,應(yīng)保持進(jìn)風(fēng)孔與出風(fēng)孔通暢;負(fù)載與UPS電源連接時(shí),須先關(guān)閉負(fù)載,、再接線,,然后逐個(gè)打開負(fù)載,嚴(yán)禁將電動(dòng),、復(fù)印機(jī)等感性負(fù)載接入U(xiǎn)PS,,以免造成傷害。將UPS接到專用的帶有過電流保護(hù)裝置的插座上時(shí),,所用電源插座應(yīng)接保護(hù)地端;無論輸入電源線是否插入市電插座,,UPS輸出都可能帶電。要使UPS無輸出,,須先關(guān)掉開關(guān),,再取消市電供應(yīng)。
2.首次充電有技巧
新購(gòu)置UPS電源后,,要將UPS插入220V市電電網(wǎng)中,,充電至少12小時(shí)以上,,以確保電池充電充分,。否則,蓄電池的實(shí)際可供使用的容量將大大低于蓄電池的標(biāo)稱容量,。若UPS電源長(zhǎng)期不用,。應(yīng)每隔2~3個(gè)月開機(jī)24小時(shí),讓其充電充分,,并讓UPS電源處于逆變器工作狀態(tài)下2~3分鐘,,以保證電池的正常壽命。UPS電源一旦接通市電,,即開始對(duì)電池組充電,,持續(xù)按開機(jī)鍵1秒以上進(jìn)行開機(jī),即開啟逆變器,。

蓄電池的過度放電和蓄電池長(zhǎng)期開路閑置不用可使蓄電池的內(nèi)阻增大,,可充,、放電性能變壞。對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期閑置不用的UPS電源,,在重新開機(jī)使用前,,讓UPS電源利用機(jī)內(nèi)的充電回路充電12小時(shí)以后再接負(fù)荷,對(duì)于后備式UPS電源,,最好每隔一個(gè)月讓UPS電源處于逆變器狀態(tài)工作2~3分鐘,,來激活蓄電池。此外,,還需要嚴(yán)格控制蓄電池的充電電流不得超過蓄電池允許的最大充電電流,。因?yàn)檫^大的充電電流會(huì)導(dǎo)致蓄電池的使用壽命縮短。
4.使用UPS時(shí)的開機(jī)和關(guān)機(jī)順序
正確的開機(jī)關(guān)機(jī)順序應(yīng)該是先打開UPS給它供電,,然后再打開各個(gè)負(fù)載,,這樣可以避免啟動(dòng)時(shí)瞬間的電流沖擊給UPS造成的損害,在關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)的順序正好相反應(yīng)該先關(guān)閉各個(gè)負(fù)載最后關(guān)閉UPS,。在市電中斷由UPS供電時(shí),,應(yīng)該盡快保存好自己的數(shù)據(jù)和資料然后關(guān)閉電腦,否則使用UPS電源進(jìn)行工作可能會(huì)使UPS過量放電,,從而縮短UPS的使用壽命,。
5.避免過載使用UPS
在使用UPS的時(shí)候還要計(jì)算負(fù)載的大小,要避免負(fù)載的過大或者過小,,過大的負(fù)載會(huì)使UPS長(zhǎng)期工作在超負(fù)荷狀態(tài)從而縮短UPS的使用壽命;如果負(fù)載過小,,UPS的工作電路長(zhǎng)期工作在不正常狀態(tài),這對(duì)于UPS也是有一定危害的,。合理的負(fù)載應(yīng)該控制在50%到80%之間,。實(shí)踐證明,UPS輸出負(fù)載控制在60%左右為最佳,,可靠性最好,。在UPS出現(xiàn)過載或逆變器故障時(shí)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)到旁路模式運(yùn)行,此時(shí)UPS不具備后備功能,,負(fù)載所用的電源是通過電力系統(tǒng)直接供應(yīng)的,。
6.交流穩(wěn)壓器的使用
使用UPS電源后,不必再加交流穩(wěn)壓器,。若一定要加,,應(yīng)加在UPS的前級(jí),即市電先經(jīng)交流穩(wěn)壓器,,再經(jīng)UPS,,然后到負(fù)載。
7.蓄電池均衡充電有技巧
目前許多UPS電源中使用的閥控式鉛酸蓄電池(VRLA)從一開始便被稱為免維護(hù)電池,,這樣就給用戶一種誤解,,似乎這種電池既耐用又完全不需要維護(hù),。在這種誤導(dǎo)之下,許多用戶從裝上電池后就基本沒有進(jìn)行過維護(hù)和管理,。UPS電源中的蓄電池遇到下列情況時(shí),,應(yīng)對(duì)蓄電池進(jìn)行均衡充電:過量放電致使端電壓低于蓄電池規(guī)定的標(biāo)定電壓時(shí)。對(duì)12V的小型密封式鉛酸蓄電池,,其放電標(biāo)定電壓為10.5V;對(duì)24V的蓄電池組,,其放電終了電壓為21V;對(duì)96V的蓄電池組,其放電標(biāo)定電壓為85V,。放電后未及時(shí)對(duì)電池進(jìn)行充電;長(zhǎng)期閑置不用的電池,。市電中斷,連續(xù)浮充的電池,,放出近一半容量的電池,。
8.不要使用柴油發(fā)電機(jī)
UPS不宜由柴油發(fā)電機(jī)供電,因其頻率經(jīng)常突變不穩(wěn),,影響UPS的正常運(yùn)行,。
9.注意操作人員安全操作
在給UPS連接輸出電源時(shí)還應(yīng)該注意安全,由于UPS的輸出電壓和電流都比較大,,所以在連接輸出電源時(shí)還要注意安全防止觸電事故的發(fā)生,。
更換電池時(shí)先關(guān)閉UPS電源并脫離市電,使用帶絕緣手柄的螺絲刀,,不要將工具或其它金屬物品放在電池上,。連接電池線時(shí),在接頭處出現(xiàn)細(xì)小火花屬正?,F(xiàn)象,,不會(huì)對(duì)人身安全及UPS電源造成危害,千萬不要將蓄電池正負(fù)極短接或反接,。更換蓄電池時(shí),,不宜個(gè)別更換,最好整體更換,。另外禁止將不同安培數(shù),、不同品牌的電池組合使用,。
10.作好實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控
